Overview:
Hoosier Business Broadband is an Internet service provider based in Indianapolis. We specialize in delivering business-class, highly-reliable, high-speed Internet connections to local businesses.

Private Network:
We own and operate our own last-mile wireless infrastructure which allows us to maintain control over our network and deliver superior bandwidth and reliability. Because we own our own network, we can typically install our connection in 3-5 business days.

Straight to Fiber:
Our network operation center (NOC) is connected by several telecom carriers to our 1 Gigabit/sec carrier backbones. Most of our customers will connect directly to this backbone by two wireless hops. What this means to you is: low latency, high bandwidth, 99.99% reliability.

Low-Latency:
Our Internet connection can deliver latency as low as 10 ms to our core router. What this means for you is a fast connection that can handle your voice and data needs.

High-Bandwidth:
Hoosier Business Broadband is able to deliver licensed IP connectivity up to 200 Mbps. Although most customers do not need such extreme speeds, customers can find comfort in the fact that we have the ability to scale with their future Internet needs.

99.99% Reliability:
Our links are provisioned to support very high reliability. If greater than "4-nine's" of reliability is required, we offer the option of providing two wireless links on different bands to provide additional redundancy and reliability.

Referral Program:
With our referral program, you will receive one month of service for every customer you refer to us. It's that simple! *
